Owners Association owns the Outlot B. Each lot owner automatically becomes a member of the Beaver
Lake Estates Owners Association when they purchase a lot. The Beaver Lake Estates Owners Association is responsible for
maintaining the common areas of the development including Outlot B,
the walking path, Kast
Drive and the common well. Beaver
Lake is a very clean
spring fed 100 acre lake suitable for fishing and all types of
recreational boating activities. A water-ski slalom course is also available on the lake for
